What Sports & Sydney Regions do you cover?
We are based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and cover sporting events across the entire Sydney metropolitan area, including:

How are Match Photos and Videos delivered to clients?
All photos and video highlight files are delivered via secure Dropbox gallery links. Clients are provided with an 8-character Access Code (e.g. AA69G15O). You can enter this code in the Client Gallery Portal on our website to access your high-resolution download folder instantly.
Do I or my Team Members need a dropbox account to download photos?
No! No Dropbox account or sign-in is required. Anyone with your team's access link can view the gallery, preview individual action shots, and download high-resolution photos directly to a phone, tablet, or desktop computer free of charge.
What is the Standard Media Delivery Timeframe
Our standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours post-match. Every photo undergoes professional sorting, cropping, color correction, and sharpness tuning in Adobe Lightroom before upload, ensuring your team receives crisp, vibrant, publish-ready action images.
How does our Livestreaming service work?
We provide full-service live match streaming for clubs, leagues, and schools. Using broadcast-grade encoders and high-gain network connectivity, we stream directly to our website on the Livestream page. Full 1080p stream archives are also provided afterwards for rewatching and review.
What happens if a match is cancelled due to wet weather or other reasons?
Sydney weather can be unpredictable, especially during winter sports seasons. If your match or ground is closed due to rain or extreme weather prior to kickoff, your booking can be transferred to a rescheduled match date at no extra fee, or your deposit will be refunded in full.
Who owns the copyright and how can we use the media?
We retain original artistic copyright, but all clients, players, parents, and clubs receive full royalty-free usage rights. You are free to post photos on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), print them for framing, feature them on club websites, or include them in sponsor presentations without any additional licencing fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Direct Bank Transfer (EFT / PayID) and major Credit/Debit Cards. Official tax invoices and electronic receipts are provided for all club and individual bookings.
